RETURNS & REFUNDS

Ammatti products are produced in carefully controlled batches, with many pieces created using additive manufacturing. We inspect products before dispatch and want every piece to arrive as intended.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide:

Your order number.

Photographs of the product.

Photographs of the external and internal packaging.

A brief description of the issue.

An unboxing video, if available.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Natural Characteristics of 3D Printing
Many Ammatti products are 3D printed.
Fine layer lines, small surface variations, minor differences in texture and subtle variations between pieces are natural characteristics of additive manufacturing. These characteristics are part of the production process and are not considered defects when they do not affect the intended function or overall integrity of the product.
Similarly, slight colour variations may occur between production batches or between the physical product and its appearance on different screens.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because many Ammatti pieces are produced in small batches or made specifically for an order, we do not currently accept returns solely for a change of mind.
This does not affect remedies available for damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied products, or other rights that may apply under law.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Products made to custom dimensions, colours, specifications or other customer-requested modifications cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order.
Return Approval
Please do not send a product back before contacting us.
Where a return is approved, we will provide the applicable instructions and return address. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Returned products should include their original components and, where reasonably possible, their original protective packaging.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment wherever possible.
After a refund has been initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled before it enters production or dispatch, where feasible. Once production has begun for a made-to-order/custom piece or the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Return Shipping
For verified damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products, Ammatti will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping where applicable.
For any other return expressly accepted by us, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
