Welcome to Ammatti. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ammatti website and the purchase of products through it.
Ammatti is operated by Advanced Fabrication & Design Lab Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products
Ammatti creates design-led objects and lighting products using digital fabrication and related production processes.
Many Ammatti products are 3D printed. Subtle layer lines, minor surface variations and small differences between individual pieces are inherent to the manufacturing process and form part of the character of the product. These are not ordinarily considered manufacturing defects.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography and lighting conditions.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur. Measurements should be treated as approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Orders and Payment
An order is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the contact details provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, stock or production issues, or an inability to fulfil the order. Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Made-to-Order and Small-Batch Products
Certain Ammatti products may be produced in small batches or made to order. Consequently, processing times may differ between products.
Where a product has a specific production or dispatch period, this will be communicated on the product page or during the ordering process.
Ammatti Orbs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ammatti Orbs sold as lampshades include the shade only. Lamp bases, bulbs and other accessories shown in photographs may be used for styling or demonstration and are not included unless specifically listed as part of the product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected Orb is compatible with their intended lamp or fitting.
Any lighting product must be used only with the bulb type and wattage recommended by Ammatti on the relevant product page or accompanying instructions.
Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Ammatti website, including product designs, photographs, graphics, text, names, collections, patterns, digital designs and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to Ammatti unless otherwise stated.
Such material may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written permission.
Purchase of an Ammatti product does not transfer any intellectual property rights associated with its design.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape content for commercial purposes, or use the website or its content in violation of applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ammatti will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Orders are also governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of India govern these Terms. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Panchkula, Haryana, IN, subject to any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
